About the job

We have been given the opportunity to hire a new colleague for this target group, and to increase focus on the disability compensation schemes. So if you want to - and preferably have experience with - conducting job-focused conversations and visiting companies, you might be our new colleague.

The job

It would be ideal if you have experience with conducting job-focused conversations and are familiar with the possibilities and the legislation on disability compensation schemes for citizens in employment. We handle both applications for assistive devices and personal assistance. You must be able to collaborate with many different stakeholders, including other colleagues and companies. We imagine that you have knowledge of the labor market, the preparation of a good CV, but of course also a close and trustful dialogue with the individual citizen.

You should be skilled at documenting and have a desire to work in a job center where we focus on targeted, efficient and sustainable pathways for the individual citizen.

We operate from a value that citizens themselves have influence and responsibility for their process. At the same time we are consistent and set requirements for the citizens, which in practice means that you will need to be very clear in your approach.

The position is organized in the Resource and Clarification Team, which already consists of 6 advisors who work with citizens on cash assistance and resource program benefits and 4 in the group with unemployment benefits and flexible jobs, as well as a professional coordinator.

We place high priority on thorough onboarding of new colleagues; there will be primary onboarding managers, but all colleagues are available to you as a new member. Each semester we have social worker interns from whom we learn a lot.

About you You have a relevant social or health-related education and preferably come from a similar position, or have experience from either the target group or working with disability compensation schemes. It is important that you are used to focusing on timeliness in your case handling, can assess availability and do not mind having a fair amount of activity in the companies.

As a core value you believe that even citizens with complex problems are valuable to the labor market – and you work purposefully according to this value.

You see the importance of and, not least, master documenting what works for citizens, among other things in the form of good and clear plans, and you thrive in the role of authority.

You work in a structured, independent, systematic way, have a good overview and a high data discipline. IT solutions you see as an indispensable tool in task solving and you are prepared for continuous demands for self-service and the use of new solutions - both for you and the citizens. You are results-oriented and prepared that your efforts will lead to visible results. As a person you have a positive outlook on life and see opportunities rather than obstacles.

We are in full swing adapting to the forthcoming employment reform and that work will occupy even more space in 2027, so you must be prepared to participate in development work and that your practice and tasks will continuously be adjusted.

Do you have questions? If you want to hear more about the position, you can contact team leader Nanna Nørlem Dam at tel. 43 97 97 97 or by email [email protected].

Salary and employment The position is a permanent position of 37 hours per week. It is intended to be filled by January 1, 2027. Salary is set after negotiation with your professional organization and the principles of Ny Løn.

Application deadline We look forward to receiving your application no later than November 19, 2026. Employment interviews will be held in week 48.
