Præsthøjgården, Department F-parterre is seeking SSH for the evening shift

Are you a social and health care assistant, and do you thrive on creating safe and cozy evenings for the residents? Then it might be you we are looking for. Together we make an effort to create a homely and good ending to the day for our residents – with high professionalism, presence and a strong collegial collaboration.

We are looking for a social- and health care assistant for 28-30 hours per week – or by agreement. It is primarily evening shifts, and there may be an opportunity to work in a 5-2 rota. Weekend shifts are every 2nd weekend.

About the department

Department F-parterre consists of 26 homes. We take as our starting point the individual resident's wishes, resources and needs with the goal of creating the good everyday life – every day.

We work with the basis of the new Elderly Act, where self-determination, involvement and quality of life are central values. With us the residents help set the direction for their daily life, and we believe that the best care and support is created in close collaboration with the individual resident and the relatives.

Person-centered care is a natural part of our approach. We see the person before the task and focus on the individual's habits, wishes, life history and resources. This means that we work professionally, flexibly and with respect for the fact that it is the residents' home and their life.
