About the position

As a private advisor you will be responsible for your own portfolio of private customers. You will work independently, but always with a strong team and a large backing of specialists behind you. You will become an important ambassador for AL Sydbank in the local area and a trusted sparring partner for your customers.

Your tasks will include

• Advice on housing, pension, investment, insurance and daily finances
• Credit assessment and ensuring a healthy and sustainable development in the portfolio
• Building and expanding your own client base through proactive contact
• Attracting new customers and business by being proactive and creating networks, ambassadorial selling and marketing activities in your local area.
• Contribute to a strong team environment where professionalism and humor go hand in hand

About you

You are known for your ability to build trusting relationships – both with customers and colleagues. In addition, you are approachable and professional in your approach to tasks and take ownership of both your portfolio and business development.

• Focus on quality while ensuring value-creating customer experiences
• Are business-oriented and ambitious
• Are ready to reach out to existing and potential new customers
• Have experience and are certified within credit policy, housing financing, investment, pension and insurance

Become part of a department with 14 employees, of whom 2 are in training. We each have our own client portfolio, but work closely together to ensure the best possible advice. The tone is informal, and sparring is a natural part of the workday.
