Process Operator

We are seeking a trained and dedicated process operator for a modern production company in the Aalborg area.

The position starts as a Try & Hire temporary through JobTeam Aalborg. For the right candidate, there are good opportunities for subsequent permanent employment.

Tasks What will you do?

Your tasks will include, among others

• Operation and monitoring of process plants
• Control, regulation and optimization of processes
• Monitoring and recording of production data
• Ensuring consistent quality and efficient production
• Troubleshooting and resolving smaller technical issues
• Inspection of machines and production equipment
• Documentation of processes and any deviations
• Compliance with safety, quality and hygiene requirements
• Collaboration with colleagues for stable and optimal operation

Professional Qualifications What can you do?

• Are a trained process operator
• Have experience from industry or process production
• Have good technical understanding
• Can operate and monitor modern production equipment
• Have knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures
• Can troubleshoot and respond correctly to deviations
• Work systematically and have an eye for detail
• Remain calm when pace increases
• Are flexible regarding shift work and possibly overtime
• Speak and understand Danish
