Music therapist for Hospice Fyn, 20 hours per week

Hospice Fyn seeks an engaged and professionally skilled music therapist for our multidisciplinary team. The position is 20 hours per week with start date 1 January 2027.

About the position

As a music therapist at Hospice Fyn you will

• Work with music as part of the relief and supportive efforts for patients and relatives.
• Be part of the multidisciplinary collaboration around the individual patient.
• Offer both individual and group-based music-therapeutic programs.
• Contribute with professional sparring, teaching and dissemination of the importance of music therapy in palliative care.
• Participate in the development of Hospice Fyn's creative and sensory environment.

We are seeking a music therapist who

• Has a Master's degree in music therapy.
• Has experience with or an interest in palliative care and working with seriously ill and dying patients.
• Is independent, present and empathetic – with a good ability to meet people in vulnerable life situations.
• Thrives in a multidisciplinary collaboration and can actively contribute to a good working environment.
• Is musically flexible and creative in the work.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. The position is 20 hours per week.
