Product Compliance & Responsible Sourcing Specialist for Millarco International

At Millarco International A/S we are seeking a Product Compliance & Responsible Sourcing Specialist for our Compliance & ESG team in Lystrup.

Millarco is a 100% Danish-owned wholesaler, founded in 1986. We develop and supply more than 3,000 products in areas such as tools, home, garden and grill to retailers in more than 50 European countries. We are behind brands such as Boxer, Home it, Work it, Tyzon and Cozze.

Your role

You will play a central role in the work with our product and supplier data, documentation, quality and responsible sourcing.

You will among other things

• create and quality-check product and supplier data
• work with data in ERP, compliance systems and Excel
• collect and validate product, material, packaging and QC data
• follow up with international suppliers on missing information and documentation
• identify errors and inconsistencies in data
• work with tests, certificates and product documentation
• support supplier compliance, audits, risk data and responsible sourcing
• work closely with especially Procurement and QC.

You may be a bit of a nerd - We are looking for you who like details, data and systems – and who becomes curious when something doesn't add up.

You work in a structured way, follow tasks through to completion and are not afraid to contact a supplier again if the documentation is still missing.

We imagine that you

• are strong in Excel and have a flair for systems
• have experience with ERP, PIM or similar
• are interested in products, materials and quality
• communicate professionally in Danish and English
• thrive with international suppliers and many contact points.

Experience with QC, product data, technical documentation, certifications or responsible sourcing is an advantage.
