The position is located in Products, where you will join our UX team consisting of experienced Product Designers. We place a high value on professional development and collaboration, and we believe the best solutions arise when different perspectives meet. Therefore it is important that you thrive when you dig into complex professional domains, understand users' daily lives and translate specialized knowledge into simple, intuitive and value-creating user experiences.

Both RoSy and DriftWeb face an exciting development with strategic initiatives that will strengthen the products and our position among municipalities in the Nordics. In time you will have the opportunity to bring your skills in research and concept development into play across our entire product portfolio and help create a cohesive user experience across Sweco Digital's solutions.

In the role you will drive research and design activities in close collaboration with users, customers, product teams and other designers. At the same time you will become part of our UX team, where you contribute to developing common methods, design principles and best practices for user-centered product development.

Your tasks will be

• Plan and conduct user research, including user interviews, field studies, usability tests, surveys and analysis of product data
• Build a deep understanding of users' needs, workflows and challenges in complex, data-heavy and domain-driven products
• Analyze, communicate and translate user insights into concrete recommendations and decision basis

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, developers, domain experts and other designers to create valuable product solutions
• Identify synergies and create a cohesive user experience across products
• Help develop and strengthen our shared UX methods, processes and best practices within user-centered design

Who are you?

• Relevant higher education in design, UX, anthropology or similar
• 3-5 years of experience as Product Designer, UX Designer or similar role
• Solid experience with user research and insight-building activities
• Experience translating complex problems into user-friendly concept designs and wireframes
• Thrives with independent responsibility and as part of an established UX team that works closely with each other and in cross-disciplinary teams
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Works in a structured way and can plan and drive activities in collaboration with both stakeholders and design colleagues.
• Experience with agile product development processes is an advantage
• Flexible regarding travel within the Nordics and Germany.
• Can Danish fluently in speech and writing.
