Production worker with CNC experience sought for permanent evening shift in Odense

Would you like to be part of a production where quality and camaraderie are crucial?

We are looking for a dedicated production worker for our newly established permanent evening shift for a longer-term temporary position. Experience with CNC machines is a big advantage, but the most important is that you have technical understanding, work in a structured way and have a focus on quality in your work.

About the job

As a production worker you will be an important part of the production. Your main tasks will include:

• Operation of CNC machines and other production equipment
• Changing workpieces in production
• Dimensional measurement of parts
• Quality assurance using a caliper and measuring tools
• Monitoring of production processes
• Ensuring high quality and stable operation

You will have a daily routine with responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to an efficient production where quality and on-time delivery are in focus.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Have experience with CNC-controlled machines – or at least solid experience with machine operation
• Can use a caliper and perform precise measurements
• Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Have an eye for quality and detail
• Are reliable and contribute positively to the team
• Able to read, spell and understand Danish

It is not a requirement that you are a trained tradesperson – but relevant experience from production is highly valued.

We offer

• Permanent position on newly established evening shift at an exciting manufacturing company in Odense
• Thorough onboarding process for a longer-term temporary position
• Good colleagues and strong collaboration
• A workplace with focus on quality, safety and well-being
• Opportunity for professional development and to put your own mark on the new evening shift

Working hours are Monday to Wednesday from 14:00-23:30 and Thursday from 14:00-22:30
