Production workers, crane operators and finishing workers wanted for concrete production

We are seeking 10 employees for a larger production company within concrete elements in Kolind.

Do you have experience from production, construction, concrete or other practical work – and do you thrive with physical work where quality and teamwork are important? Then it might be you we are looking for.

There is talk of Try & Hire with a view to permanent employment at the company after the period.

We are looking for 8 production workers

You will become part of the production of concrete elements and will, among other things, work with:

• Reinforcement
• Preparation for casting
• Building of wooden formwork and casting molds
• Stripping and handling of concrete elements
• Other practical tasks in production

It is advantageous if you have experience from the concrete, construction or production industries, but the most important thing is that you are practical and ready to learn.

1 crane operator

You will primarily work with internal transport and handling of larger concrete elements – including outdoors.

We expect that you

• Have a valid crane certificate with permit for 52 tons.
• Have experience with crane operation, preferably from industry or production
• Work safely and responsibly
• Are prepared for outdoor work year-round

1 worker for finishing

Here your primary task will be to ensure the final finish on the concrete elements after they are removed from the molds.

The tasks include

• Minor repairs of concrete elements
• Repair of edges, corners and minor damages after stripping
• Finish and quality assurance
• Other practical craft tasks

You do not necessarily need to be a trained tradesperson, but you should preferably have good practical skills and a sense for quality and finish.

We expect that you

• Are reliable and ready for a physical workday
• Thrive in a production environment
• Can work independently and at the same time be part of a team
• Have a practical approach to the tasks
• Can communicate in Danish or English
• Can transport yourself to and from the workplace

Working hours

The working hours are generally

Monday–Thursday: 6:00–14:10

Friday: 6:00–13:40

There may alternatively be an option for a start time of 07:00.
