About the job

In House F, adults live, of whom several are deafblind and have extensive physical and cognitive impairments, including severe epilepsy. The work is about creating safe, meaningful and content-rich everyday lives with a focus on activity, communication, structure and personal care.

You will become part of a highly specialized interdisciplinary environment , where pedagogical, health care and sensory-oriented efforts go hand in hand.

• Support residents in everyday activities, engagement and leisure.
• Work with calm, relationships, communication and low arousal.
• Contribute to care tasks – as a natural part of the effort.
• Document professionally in Nexus.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Collaboration with relatives and networks.

Practical info

• The position is 37 hours per week.

• Employment according to the following collective agreements:
• Social educator: Social educator staff at 24-hour institutions, etc. - collective agreement 32.38.1 - salary as of 1.4.2026.
• Pedagogical assistant: Care and pedagogical aides as well as pedagogical assistants - collective agreement 34.06.1 - salary as of 1.4.2026.
• Occupational therapist: Non-leading occupational therapists, physiotherapists and midwives - collective agreement 33.21.1 - salary as of 1.4.2026.
• SSH and SSA: Social and health care staff - collective agreement 32.03.1 - salary as of 1.4.2026.
• Nurse and psychomotor therapist: Non-leading staff within the Health Cartel area - collective agreement 32.17.1 - salary as of 1.4.2026.
• There will be an individual salary negotiation upon appointment.
• Two references and an expanded criminal record check will be obtained.
