We are not looking for one specific profile. Perhaps one of your strengths is to improvise outside on our multi-sport court or inside the small tumble room. Perhaps one of the spices in your professional skills is role-playing, where you can make the club sparkle in everything from combat technique to orc roars. Maybe it is in the workshop that you make creativity and pedagogy come together in a higher unity. Or are you mega cool at creating pedagogical communities with a focus on outdoor life?

We want to expand our youth offering to capture youths other than those currently using the Youth Club. It could be a cool evening offering parallel to the youth club, appealing to youths who lack someone to be with. But precisely where and how is still under development, and here we would like you on board. So tell us how you see yourself in relation to helping to further develop our overall youth offering in the Måløv district, and what opportunities you see in it.

Your key tasks

You and your professional approach, together with colleagues, will create different safe and fun communities that motivate and appeal to children and young people.

You will bridge the gap between childhood and youth life in the clubs. This means that in the afternoon you will have your regular presence in the leisure club, and in the evening you will be part of the youth environment in the district. Your working hours will primarily be in the 12-21:30 time window (with a staff meeting in one morning, as well as two evenings per week).

Who we are

We are a leisure club that embraces and accommodates about 150 children in 4th-6th grade and a youth club that currently has about 130 enrolled youths.

The leisure club is the loveliest club, located centrally in the town of Måløv in nice green surroundings. The club has many rooms (large and small), and in our outdoor area we have grass, a smaller football field and a basketball court, all of which provide countless possibilities for a safe, attractive and exciting leisure life.

We work in an appreciative manner with a focus on bringing out the best in our children and youths. We involve children and youths in decisions in everything from smaller everyday activities to new ideas for purchases etc.

We are two smaller staff groups, in the leisure club there are five employees and four employees in the Youth Environment. We complement and spar with each other in everything from practical tasks to pedagogical activities and dilemmas, so you will not feel like you are alone.

Hiring process and salary

The start date is no later than December 1, 2026.

We conduct ongoing interviews.

The position is initially 37 hours and is a permanent position.

Application deadline: October 22, 2026.

We offer salary and employment terms according to the collective agreement for club educators in municipalities. Employment occurs according to principles of local wage formation and after agreement with the bargaining organization.

The salary range for the position as a club educator is 33,876.66 – 48,608.59 DKK per month before pension for full-time employment (37 hours per week).

The final salary is determined after negotiation between the employer and the trade organization with negotiating rights in the relevant collective agreement area. The salary depends, among other things, on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
