Project Manager for Atea Connect

About the position

At Atea Connect we work on creating coherent and value-creating solutions for our customers. As a project manager you will have a central role in ensuring that projects are carried out professionally – from the initial planning to implementation and handover to operation.

You will be the link between the customer, our technical specialists, partners and other stakeholders. You must be able to maintain an overview, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure that everyone works toward a common goal.

Your primary tasks

• Project management: Plan, manage and follow up on projects from start to finish.
• Customer contact: Ensure a close and professional dialogue with customers throughout the project.
• Coordination: Collaborate with technicians, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Progress and finance: Follow up on timelines, resources, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Communication: Ensure clear expectation alignment and regular status updates to all involved parties.
• Quality assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered as agreed and meet customers' expectations.
• Handover: Ensure a structured conclusion and handover to operations or support.

Who are you?

We imagine you are a structured and engaged project manager who thrives on responsibility and can create progress in a daily work life with many stakeholders.

We place emphasis on the following

• Have experience with project management, preferably within IT, networks, infrastructure or technical solutions.
• Are good at creating overview and translating plans into concrete results.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and technical specialists.
• Have a proactive approach to problem solving and follow up tasks through to the end.
• Thrive in cross-disciplinary and cross-organizational collaboration.
• Have an understanding of project economics, risk management and stakeholder handling.

It is an advantage if you have a relevant project management education or certification, for example PRINCE2, IPMA or similar. The most important is, however, that you can deliver results through good project management and strong collaboration.
