Project Manager sought for damper and service tasks

We are seeking a project manager for our damper- and service tasks, who will be the link between customers, employees and the company. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and following up on tasks, with a focus on getting them to a good conclusion. The role is primarily execution and coordinating and also includes medium-sized insurance claims as well as smaller calculations and add-on prices on ongoing work.

Your primary tasks will be

• Customer contact and follow-up
• Planning and coordination of employees
• Coordination of service and damper tasks
• Coordination and handling of medium-sized insurance claims
• Ordering of materials
• Follow-up on projects and finances
• Approval of hours and invoicing
• There may be minor calculations and add-on prices on ongoing work

We are looking for you who

• Have experience with project management, coordination or similar
• Work in a structured manner and maintain an overview – even when it is busy
• Are good at communicating with both customers and employees
• Are solution-oriented and take responsibility
• Have an eye for quality and detail

Experience is a plus, but not a requirement. The most important is that you have the right mindset and the desire to make things work.
