About the job as building adjuster/foreman at FLD

You will be responsible for assessing, planning and following up on damages and insurance tasks – in close collaboration with colleagues, customers and insurance companies. We handle all relevant trades in insurance claims, so you will work across, among others, HVAC/plumbing, carpentry and masonry. Here your craft and hands-on experience really comes into play.

Your tasks

When a claim is reported, it is you who assesses it and lays out the plan. You coordinate the work across trades and follow the case from start to finish. Along the way you maintain ongoing dialogue with both the customer and the insurance company, and you ensure that there is structure and quality throughout the process.

About you

We imagine that you have a background as a plumbing service supervisor, construction supervisor or similar, and a strong plumbing and craft understanding. You are structured, easily able to create an overview and thrive in a coordinating role where you take responsibility. At the same time you are good at talking with customers and communicating clearly.

You do not need experience as a building adjuster or from the insurance industry – familiarity is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important is that you are approachable, good at collaborating and eager to develop yourself in the role.
