We offer

PPR & Knowledge Center is a large interdisciplinary department where we place high emphasis on creating frameworks for professional judgment that benefit children, young people and families. Therefore we have created an organisation where there are ongoing opportunities for mono- and cross-disciplinary sparring. Some elements are:

  • Thorough introduction and mentoring scheme for new employees. In the first 3 months of employment there will be a mentoring arrangement consisting of 1 weekly supervision. In addition there is a buddy system where new employees accompany their colleagues to see how typical tasks are solved. Simultaneously you will have your own tasks that you can relate to the topics in supervision and the buddy system.
  • Supervision and professional sparring. A fixed meeting cadence has been established to ensure opportunities for concrete supervision and sparring with mono- and cross-disciplinary colleagues.
  • Competence development. PPR & Knowledge Center has a clear framework for competence development, focusing on both shared, mono-disciplinary and individual development.
  • A strong psychological and interdisciplinary community. We are about 100 employees in PPR & Knowledge Center, of which about 35 are part of our psychological professional learning environment. Other professions include speech and hearing consultants, occupational and physiotherapists, dyslexia advisers, educational advisers, district advisers, development consultants and vision consultants.
  • Opportunity to influence the development of The Open Treatment Services.
