We are seeking a

• social and health care assistant in day shift 37h per week. Free every other weekend
• social and health care assistant in evening shift 37h per week. Free every other weekend
• social and health helper in day shift 37h. Free every other weekend

About the job

You will be working at Grønnegården, which is a home for 39 residents and located close to town in Aabenraa. The home consists of three units, where the apartments with their own terrace surround a shared kitchen and lounge. Connected is a lovely courtyard environment with a wealth of colorful flowers and trees and a shared terrace where residents can enjoy the outdoors together.

Your tasks will include among others

• collaboration, care, nursing, practical assistance and ensuring everyone in the house has a good day
• documentation
• involvement of the residents
• tasks related to education and professional competencies.

About you

We expect that you

• are educated social and health care helper or social and health care assistant
• take co-responsibility for a good working environment by contributing to everyone feeling seen and heard and communicating positively
• are flexible, reliable, positive and responsible
• a good collaborator and overview throughout the house in all shifts (we attach great importance to “the red thread”)
• are curious and inquisitive about everyday relationships and tasks.

Additionally it is an advantage if you

• have a flair for IT
• help to spread joy and quality of life
• are hospitable and present.

Salary and employment conditions

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Please note that before appointment a criminal record check will be obtained, and employment will be conditional on its satisfactory result. Start date by agreement.
