Quality Consultant in the Center for Service, Logistics and Supply at Amager and Hvidovre Hospital

In the Center for Service, Logistics and Supply we work across Amager and Hvidovre Hospital. We handle tasks within the areas of cleaning, logistics and supply, porter service, patient meals and canteen operations, aids service and a wide range of other services.

About the position

The job as a quality consultant will primarily be anchored in the cleaning unit at Hvidovre Hospital, focusing on planning, quality management, follow-up on deliveries, development and administrative tasks. We have taken on several tasks, and therefore we are looking for an extra colleague for a small well-functioning group of good and experienced colleagues.

At Amager and Hvidovre Hospital most cleaning functions are outsourced to external partners. You will therefore enter an administrative role that both handles tasks at operations level, but primarily has the task of facilitating control and collaboration relationships with our suppliers.

Your tasks as a quality consultant are

• Planning tasks within the cleaning and service area
• Maintain the cleaning database Data Know How
• Prepare analyses and price estimates for cleaning and service tasks
• Prepare reports on cleaning activity
• Participate in various projects in the Center for Service, Logistics and Supply
• Maintain contract material and prepare tender material for new contracts
• Conduct quality audits and continuously develop and adapt protocols for quality control
• Participate in change and relocation projects

We imagine that our future colleague has knowledge of Data Know How and preferably knowledge of quality management based on DS INSTA 800 and various relevant NIR for the health sector. You must be strong in oral and written communication and you enjoy working in a structured manner.

The cleaning unit at the hospital works with a focus on supporting efficient operations, patient safety and patient-experienced quality, where you as a quality consultant play a central role.

Your qualifications

We imagine that you have a relevant educational background that means you are familiar with Excel, can analyse data, work in databases, can translate e.g. quality and hygiene instructions into concrete actions and plans, can plan and conduct audits and, not least, are good at written presentation.

In terms of experience, familiarity with the cleaning and service industry would be an advantage but not a requirement. Perhaps you have worked as a planner or service manager in a larger private or public company.

Salary and employment conditions

The working hours are 37 hours per week, from 07:00 to 17:00 on weekdays. The start time is arranged closer to the time of hire. The position is to be filled as soon as possible or no later than January 1, 2027.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the collective agreement for administration and IT staff, etc. entered into between RLTN and HK Kommunal with a salary placement as specialist.
