Rajissimo seeks area manager

This is not a “store manager” role. This is the CEO for the stores. You lead the leaders. You run the business. You own the results.

What is the job?

• Lead 3-6 Rajissimo locations in Denmark.
• Coach and develop store managers to deliver results.
• Ensure outstanding quality, fast service and unparalleled customer experiences.
• Achieve and exceed sales and earnings targets.
• Manage and control wage percentage, waste and productivity.
• Deliver weekly reports directly to the CEO.
• Recruit, onboard and train the next generation of Rajissimo leaders.

Who are you?

• You have experience from hospitality, retail, QSR or food & beverage chains.
• You are obsessed with quality, speed and results.
• You set high standards, but you are still a coach at heart.
• You don't just talk about KPI’s – you live them.
• You lead from the floor, not just from an office.

Must-have

• Proven ability to build and develop teams.
• Hands-on experience with P&L, payroll costs and inventory management.
• Strong skills in people management and conflict resolution.
• Able to travel between different locations and be present in the stores.
