Strategic and hands-on Area Manager for Central Denmark – deliver results with a hands-on approach

We are looking for a commercial and visible Area Manager to take over responsibility for 3-4 of our strong Central Jutland clinics.

As we grow, we are seeking a profile who can support our ongoing development and become the bridge between the day-to-day of the clinics and our overall growth strategy.

About the job and your responsibilities

As Area Manager at Godt Smil you will have the overall operational and financial responsibility for your assigned clinics in the Central Jutland region. You work closely with the clinic partners who manage the dental aspects. Your shared goals are profitable operations, high employee engagement, and happy patients.

Your primary tasks will be

• Result and KPI follow-up: You monitor and improve vital parameters such as capacity utilization, sick leave, and the clinics' overall turnover.
• Staff management: You consult with clinic coordinators and clinic owners, hold employee conversations, optimize work schedules and ensure good well-being.
• Recruitment and onboarding: You plan and execute hiring processes in collaboration with HR and the clinic partners.
• Synergy and Best Practice: You ensure a close and effective dialogue with our Service Center and administration, located in Horsens.

Your profile

We are looking for a leader with natural authority and good collaboration skills. We imagine that you:

• Have a commercial or health professional education (e.g., bachelor level, dental hygienist or dental assistant).
• Have solid experience with operations, budgets and people management – preferably from chain operations or the health sector.
• Are analytically strong, data-driven and able to translate numbers into concrete action plans at the clinics.
