Re-advertisement - Parish Priest in Veerst-Bække Pastorate, Malt Deanery, Diocese of Ribe

The position as a civil-servant employed parish priest in Veerst-Bække Pastorat, Malt Deanery is available for occupancy on 1 February 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter.

For the position there is an obligation as parish registrar and funeral authority.

The position is a full-time position.

As a new parish priest you will have an introduction program, where you will receive a mentor who guides you through in the first period in office and familiarizes you with the various tasks that exist for a priest.

The position is covered by the Executive Order on the Law on Appointments in Positions in the Church of Denmark etc. (LBK no. 864 of 25/6/2013)

The position is remunerated according to pay group 1 in the agreement on remuneration of civil-servant employed priests in the Church of Denmark.

In addition to the salary, a standby allowance is paid with a rounded base amount as of 31 March 2012 for a full-time position of DKK 43,000.00 annually. For part-time employment, the allowance will be calculated in relation to the appointment quota.

The position is subject to the rules on New Salary, hence it is possible to request a salary negotiation.

There is an employee residence attached to the position. The employee residence is located at Søndergade 15, 6622 Bække.

The housing allowance for the employee residence excluding costs for electricity, water and heating amounts at present to DKK 4,550.00.

The employee residence has been revalued.

It is assumed that applicants hold a driving license for a regular car (B) and are willing to use their own car in the job.
