RE-POST - Nursing student for a fixed weekend shift wanted – Rygårdcentret, Department Egelunden, 2nd floor

We are looking for nursing students at Egelunden 2nd floor, for a fixed weekend shift every 2nd or 3rd weekend depending on what suits you. We are a department with 20 housing units, of which 10 are aimed at younger people with dementia . We live in bright, newly renovated premises, all with good working conditions. We have ongoing professional sparring and supervision and focus on competence development to ensure the best possible care for each individual resident. At Egelunden 2nd floor we hold ongoing resident conferences as needed.

At Rygårdscenteret you will experience that we care about residents' life stories, so we can support the resident in shaping the daily life they want. For us to succeed with this, we have close collaboration across professions, departments, with the relatives and the individual resident.

Your role with us

As a nursing student you will together with your colleagues share responsibility for 20 residents. You will be responsible for both care, documentation, medication administration and practical tasks.

Rygårdcentret consists of four departments with different target groups and professional profiles. Egelunden 1st floor, Birkelunden and Kastanjelunden each have 20 care home apartments. Poppelunden houses 22 specialized places, while Egelunden 2nd floor has 20 apartments, of which 10 are specially allocated to younger residents with dementia. In total, Rygårdcentret has 102 apartments.
