Your role

Your role primarily takes place at the reception, where your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

• Patient service and calendar management.
• Email correspondence.
• Communication with municipalities, insurance companies, etc.
• Patient administration.
• FI deposits and payments at the reception.
• Cash reconciliations.
• Diverse lists and follow-ups.
• Other administrative tasks to be agreed upon at the time of employment.

Our team consists of 11 dentists, 1 maxillofacial surgeon, 8 dental hygienists, 13 clinical assistants, 3 trainees, 1 clinic coordinator, 4 receptionists, 1 clinic manager and 2 service staff.

What do we expect from you?

• You thrive on meeting and talking to many patients – every day.
• You are flexible, have a good mood and of course possess a high level of professional expertise.
• You must be able to work independently and have a good overview.
• You must be patient, approachable, calm and smiling – also when there is a queue in the reception, the phone is ringing, and a colleague calls you. 😊
• You must be reliable. We need you, and we push harder when we are short on the team.
• Experience with Dental Suite would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.

Working hours and start date

We anticipate a working time of between 30 and 34 hours per week, but we also listen to your wishes.

We conduct interviews with candidates on an ongoing basis and close applications when we have assembled the team. We are flexible regarding start date and number of working hours.

Salary is set according to qualifications and experience
