Restaurant Hul19 is a restaurant where we every day work to create good guest experiences, strong service and professional operations. As restaurant manager you will be the visible leader in the restaurant and play a central role in ensuring that both guests and employees experience high quality, structure and good hospitality.

Your role

As Restaurant Manager you have the overall responsibility for the daily operation of Restaurant Hul19 and for ensuring that our standards, workflows and service concept are followed.

You will become an important cultural bearer and role model for the team, and you lead from the front – both when it comes to creating fantastic guest experiences, and when there is a need to work in a structured way with operations, finance and staff development.

You report to Executive Restaurant Manager and have personnel responsibility for the employees at Restaurant Hul19.

Your primary areas of responsibility

• Ensure high and stable guest satisfaction and take responsibility for handling guest turnover
• Be a visible and approachable leader before, during and after service
• Hold daily briefings with the team focusing on the menu, changes, staffing, expected level of activity and today's focus areas
• Create structure around onboarding, training and development of staff
• Motivate, develop and retain an engaged team
• Optimize workflows, operations and sales
• Take care of purchasing, inventory management and dialogue with suppliers
• Prepare rosters based on activity, competencies and data
• Follow up on relevant KPIs including sales, guest satisfaction, staff turnover and operations
• Ensure profitable operations without compromising on quality and guest experience
• Actively contribute to the continued development of the restaurant

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience from the restaurant or hotel industry and already have experience with people management. The most important is, however, that you have the natural drive and leadership that is needed to achieve results.
