Roskilde South Day-1 Home Care is seeking two SSAs for Mini-teams

Roskilde Syd Dag-1 is 'the country' a good place, and is still in process in relation to our transition to Mini-Teams for some time now. In this process work, we have worked a lot with among other things psychological safety, collaboration and planning.

In addition, we are also well on the way with the implementation of the new Elderly Act, which means increased focus on holistic care and rehabilitation regardless of professional group.

Roskilde Syd Dag-1 consists of three teams, which are geographically divided - with each about 6-7 duty rosters.

Everyone pulls together, and everyone participates in the daily planning. This gives great influence on one’s own daily life as well as continuity in citizen pathways. We meet in teams twice daily for professional coordination and planning. As well as once a week for a cross-disciplinary meeting. There is also an SSA meeting once a week.

• Weekly hours 28-37 by agreement in fixed day shift in the time window 07:00-15:00
• Work every 2nd weekend or 2-2-4. We are looking for an SSA for even weekends and an SSA for odd weekends
• Good colleagues with high professionalism and a good sense of community.
• Positions characterized by independence in task solving, where the tasks are diverse with rehabilitation in focus, holistic care and early detection.
• Competence development for the individual

• That you can work independently and with a sense of responsibility.
• That you are professionally curious and willing to continually learn new things and develop.
• That you actively participate in the development of practice both mono – and interdisciplinary.
• That you focus on the citizen and their relatives.
• That you are flexible and stable
• That you have the desire to teach, guide and advise as well as to listen.
• That you can formulate yourself professionally in Danish, in writing and speaking.
• That you contribute daily to the good well-being.
• That you can cycle on a regular bicycle or an e-bike as not all SSA lists are car routes.

We live at Maglehøjen 6, where we sit closely together with the Nursing, evening shifts, therapists and the Virtual Team.

Salary and employment conditions according to the applicable collective agreement. A criminal record check and references will be obtained before employment.
