At Viby School we are looking for an engaged mathematics and science teacher who wishes to make a difference for our talented students in lower secondary and group arrangement. Who are we?

Viby School is a two- to three-track school and after-school program located on two sites, which within a shorter number of years will be fully three-track. On the Ørstedvej campus we have students in 0th-5th grade plus SFO, while the students in 6th-9th grade attend the Bueager campus.

We also have a group arrangement at the school that covers both campuses and are in the process of developing a middle form that will strengthen the school's possibilities to retain as many as possible in the general school. In that movement we also work to strengthen the school's professional guidance corps and PLC, which as a new teacher at the school you will naturally be part of this development and have the opportunity to contribute to it – also within your own professional field.

We also place a strong focus on ensuring good transitions for the students and a strong coherence between the school's two campuses.

As a school we are also very focused on having a good working environment, based on close and open collaboration between management and staff. The school's management team therefore bases itself on a desire to promote the school's community, be curious and not least ensure participation – also in the development of the school and the school's working environment.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment according to the current collective agreement and pre-agreement on salary entered into between Roskilde Municipality and Roskilde Teachers' Association. The position is full-time and is applied for via the municipality's recruitment portal.
