About the job

The Inclusion Center at Rynkevangskolen is a specialized school offer for students referred from all of Kalundborg Municipality. Our work is based on the premise that relationships are the foundation for all learning. Therefore we strive that as few adults as possible cover as large a part of the subject range as possible.

We are looking for a teacher for a middle school class and possibly in the future in our primary classes, where you in close collaboration with a class pedagogue will form the primary class team. Together you create structure, safety and development for students who need a specially adapted learning environment.

There can in periods be tasks outside the classroom, e.g., student projects at home, attachment to the school environment or 1:1 courses and small group courses.

Your tasks will among other things be

• Well-structured and differentiated teaching in a large part of the subject range in the middle school and possibly later in our primary classes.
• Collaboration with the pedagogue and other professionals on students' well-being and development
• Systematic written work with development plans and student cases
• Relational work with students who find it difficult, and a close and appreciative parent collaboration
• To actively contribute to a safe, inclusive and development-oriented learning environment

Salary and terms

The position is a full-time role as of December 1, 2026. Salary according to the applicable collective agreement and advance agreements in Kalundborg Municipality.

We have a flexitime agreement.

About us

Rynkevangskolen is two-tracked with 260 students in the general school and one of Kalundborg Municipality's inclusion centers is located at the school and has about 80 students. There is a well-developed team collaboration, where we are organized in department teams and class teams. There are good and spacious physical facilities at the school. The school is easy to reach also by public transport.
