About the position We are looking for a new colleague for the Minister- and Leadership Secretariat in the Ministry of Finance's department. With us you will have a diverse and broad portfolio of tasks, which among other things will include:

• Coordination and overview of the finance minister's major political initiatives
• Structuring, coordinating and providing an overview of decision-making processes
• Responsibility for smooth and well-executed visits by the finance minister around the country
• Contribute to press and communications tasks

About you We imagine you have a relevant master's degree in fields such as social science or communications. The most important thing, however, is that you want to work in one of the most central ministries, where you come very close to the political engine room.

To succeed in the role we also expect that you

• are structured and good at following up – especially because you will need to coordinate overview cases together with the rest of the department
• have a feel for details – both when it comes to making a visit with the minister run optimally or that your overview schedule is correct and useful
• can keep an overview, look for opportunities where others see obstacles and not let yourself be knocked out if, for example, you suddenly have to write a speech on short notice
• have a love for good communication. You do not need to have direct experience with press and communications, but you should want to learn it and feel natural contributing to that part

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of working in a politically governed organization, but we are happy to hear from both you who have just entered the job market and you who have tried a lot. The most important for us is that you are passionate about the position.

About the Minister- and Leadership Secretariat You will become part of the Minister- and Leadership Secretariat, which among other things is responsible for the daily life of the finance minister and the secretary-general. We handle all internal and external communication for the finance minister and the department. And we solve larger coordination tasks on behalf of the whole department. You will be part of a larger team, so you always have someone to spar with.

Employment terms If you are an academic, you are employed under the state agreement for academics and placed as a fuldmægtig or consultant based on your qualifications. If you are not an academic, you are employed under the applicable agreement with the possibility for individual negotiation depending on qualifications.

It is a condition that you can obtain security clearance at the appropriate level and maintain the clearance throughout the employment.

The area of employment is the Ministry of Finance with the associated institutions, currently the Ministry of Finance's department, Agency for Digitisation, State Administration, State IT and the Finance Agency.
