Sales Assistant for BOXIT Esbjerg

We are looking for you who are motivated by working with many varied tasks, and at the same time would like to become part of a small team, where each individual has a strong influence on daily life. Here at BOXIT we are a group of dedicated employees who together lift all the tasks that several business areas bring with them. As a sales assistant you will become part of this community with varied tasks in our depot rooms department.

BOXIT is a Danish-owned group, which is a leader within our business areas, where with our 14,000 depot rooms, 7,000 containers and numerous commercial leases we have a strong position in the Danish market. We are facing an exciting future with large growth plans in the coming years.

Our employees are spread across several locations nationwide. Right now we need a new employee in our BOXIT department on Øresundsvej in Esbjerg.

Varied tasks and responsibilities We need a sales assistant who is eager to take on tasks that span widely, from counter service and sales, to routine tasks in the shop as well as the entire department with leasing of depot rooms.

The following is part of the task palette

• Customer service in our store as well as by telephone.
• Advise customers on the right solution that fits their needs.
• Daily practical tasks in the department, which primarily consist of operations, cleaning and the like.
• Caretaking of our existing customers.

As the above indicates, your areas of work will be practically oriented and span broadly in relation to the needs that may arise during the workday. You will report to Morten, who is department head in Esbjerg.

We imagine the following suits you Obviously you are an experienced sales assistant who has done something similar in your career – or you are driven by the desire to learn.

You will probably have the following in your background

• Solid experience with sales.
• Familiarity with using IT, with a willingness and ability to work in new systems.
• A skilled salesperson who takes pride in delivering good customer service.
• Used to, or prepared for flexible working hours and weekend shifts.
• You work independently and with commitment.
• You have a sense of order and an overview.
• Flair for, and willingness to, solve diverse practical tasks in a large department with many square meters.
• A car available, as you may be called by the on-call phone in the evening and on weekends – every 2 weeks.

As a person you value integrity and credibility highly. At the same time you possess a good portion of orderly sense, and you can maintain an overview when it is busy. We are looking for a team player who wants to become part of our team.

At BOXIT we rent out depot rooms on a self-storage principle to private and business customers at 12 locations in Jutland and Funen. At some of these locations we have office hotels, from which offices are rented to smaller companies. In our group we employ about 90 skilled and well-qualified employees.
