Sales Assistant for Ditur in Rødovre - Part-time

The role as sales assistant

As a sales assistant your primary task is to give our customers the best possible experience when they visit our store. We are therefore looking for you who are good at building relationships and who are passionate about helping customers in the best possible way throughout their buying journey. The most important thing is that you are motivated to optimise the customer and purchase experience and love delivering the best service again and again.

The position is between 8-15 hours per week. .

Your primary tasks include

• Warmly welcome the customer in-store and identify the customer’s needs
• Guide and service the customer from start to finish in their purchase process and communicate relevant information about the individual products and brands’ history in an authentic way
• Create a good mood and positive atmosphere in the store for customers and colleagues
• Ensure daily that the store is always neat and tidy
• Optimise your work and sales process based on selected KPIs
• Be an ambassador for Ditur and our products
