Sales Assistant in Aalborg - On-call

The role as a sales assistant

As a sales assistant your primary task will be to give our customers the best experience when they visit our store. We are therefore looking for someone who is good at building relationships and who is passionate about helping customers in the best possible way through their purchasing journey. The most important is that you are motivated to optimise the customer and purchasing experience and love delivering the best service again and again.

The position is as needed/on-call.

Your primary tasks include

• Greet the customer warmly in the store and identify the customer's needs
• Guide and assist the customer, from start to finish in their purchasing process and communicate relevant information about the history of the individual products and brands in an authentic way
• Create a good atmosphere and positive ambience in the store for customers and colleagues
• Ensure daily that the store is always neat and orderly
• Optimize your work and sales process based on selected KPIs
• Be an ambassador for Ditur and our products
