As Assistant Store Manager your daily work will include

• Focus on sales efforts: It is no secret that we place our customers and their needs at the center. Together with your Store Manager you manage sales competitions that motivate the team and meet our customers' wishes. We share responsibility for the customer.
• Practical tasks: You thrive with the daily practical tasks in a busy store. We work as One Team , and you are happy to be the front figure when you order goods, stock the shelves and ensure the store is cleaned and inviting.
• Leadership and development of the team: You will become part of a fantastic team. Together with your Store Manager you contribute to making sure all colleagues thrive and develop – both professionally and personally. And it is your leadership style that attracts and engages the best employees.
• Focus on food safety guidelines: Handling of food will also be a major focal point in your daily life. It is therefore a plus if you already have experience with working with food and complying with food safety guidelines.

We will naturally teach you all about our concept and values, so you are prepared for the operation in a Circle K store.
