As Assistant Store Manager your day-to-day will include

• Focus on sales efforts: It is no secret that we put our customers and their needs at the center. Together with your Store Manager you will administer sales competitions that motivate the team and meet our customers' wishes. We share responsibility for the customer.
• Practical tasks: You thrive with the daily practical tasks in a busy store. We work as One Team , and you are happy to be the front figure when ordering goods, stocking products on the shelves and ensuring that the store is cleaned and inviting.
• Leadership and development of the team: You will become part of a fantastic team. Together with your Store Manager, you contribute to ensuring all colleagues thrive and develop - both professionally and personally. And it is your leadership style that attracts and engages the best employees.
• Focus on guidelines for food safety: Handling of food will also be a major focus in your daily work. It is therefore a plus if you already have experience working with food and complying with food safety guidelines.

We will naturally teach you everything about our concept and values, so you are equipped for operations in a Circle K store.
