We are seeking 1 full-time Business Coordinators for our departments in Herning

YOUR PROFILE?

We assume that you come from the employment sector, preferably from a job center or another actor, and that you have worked with company-focused interventions. In addition, we expect you to be passionate about helping people into or back to regular employment.

• You have experience in approaching companies
• You are able to understand others' challenges
• You master communicating in writing as well as orally
• You have experience with preparing CVs and job applications
• You are able to make independent decisions
• You are guided by sound judgement
• You can navigate many tasks at once
• You are able to manage your own time and prioritize your tasks
• You are a team player
• You are flexible
• You have a driving license and own car

THE JOB?

Your primary task as a Business Coordinator will be to place and follow up with citizens in company internships and jobs who are on public transfer income. Your day-to-day will primarily consist of the following tasks:

• Placement and establishment of traineeships and jobs
• Motivational and coaching conversations with citizens
• Follow-up on the company-facing programs
• Advice and guidance to citizens
• Dialogue with the job center's caseworkers
• Dialogue with private companies
• Participation in job interviews between citizens and companies
• Vitas
