Sales Consultant for the DM trade union - part-time

As a Sales Consultant with us you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in value-creating dialogues and contribute to our members having a good experience.

We are currently looking for an engaged and well-spoken colleague who wants to help attract new members and strengthen satisfaction among our existing members.

Your tasks

”It can be demanding to be on the phone, but in our team we continually inspire each other, for example by listening to each other’s conversations and sharing experiences. And often the members are happy to talk to us because we can offer something that benefits them,” explains Kris.

Your primary tasks will include

• Member recruitment
• Calling former and potential members
• Support for new campaigns and initiatives to attract members

We expect from you that

• You are a team player with a winning mindset who can support the team in reaching our common goals
• You have experience with telemarketing or sales, or at minimum strong communication skills
• You have an ability to listen and adapt your dialogue to the individual customer

Conditions

You will have a central workplace in Frederiksberg with a team of about 20 colleagues and you will be part of our organizational - and member development department.

The position will be 32 hours per week.
