At Special Center South at Skjern Primary School we are urgently seeking a committed school pedagogue for a position of 32-34 hours per week, with your hours distributed between the school and the after-school program (SFO).

Our pupils have different special educational needs and need adults who can create security, structure, opportunities to participate, and good relationships throughout the day.

We are looking for an educator/teaching assistant who

• sees the child before the behaviour
• can stay calm when a child is struggling
• is curious about what lies behind
• can create structure without becoming rigid
• uses activities, play and communities actively in the pedagogical work
• thrives in close interdisciplinary collaboration
• dare to try something new and can also laugh together with both children and colleagues

From school to SFO, without the child having to start over

An important part of the position is that you work across the school and the SFO. You thus become part of the coherence of the child’s day and can help create smooth transitions between home in the morning or afternoon, teaching, breaks, leisure and communities.
