The night shift starts and finishes at Abildgården/ Bjerggården, but operates throughout the district, from Tilst to Skødstrup. The team consists of professionally skilled and responsible SOSU helpers and assistants.

We are a development area with a particular focus on professional quality, continuity and well-being in the workplace. You will therefore become part of a team where it is expected that you contribute to the community with a constructive, curious and acknowledging approach.

As a night shift, it is a great advantage to be able to juggle many tasks, maintain calm, keep an overview and think creatively about creating good solutions. The role also requires that you can work in a structured manner, are responsible, and that you have a driving license.

As a night shift you drive around the area and assist citizens with medication, transfers, toilet visits, turning in bed, care and support for the terminally ill. You work with a rehabilitative approach aimed at increasing the citizen's quality of life and supporting the citizens in maintaining their functional abilities, by supporting citizens in independent transfers or being creative in the welfare technology area.

We would like to point out that the position falls within the 24-hour coverage area. At present, service is expected to primarily be night shifts from 23:00 to 07:00.

Your profile

• You are trained as a SOSU helper
• You have experience from the primary sector
• You can stay awake at night
• You communicate clearly and professionally – in writing as well as verbally
• You use your professional knowledge and competencies to create effective solutions
• You thrive in a complex and unpredictable everyday life
• You have a natural understanding of rehabilitation and consider it an integrated part of your tasks
• You have experience with documentation and CURA, but not a requirement.
• You have a driving license

Salary and terms of employment

The position is desired to be filled by 01.12.2026 or as soon as possible.

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and after concrete negotiations with the negotiating organization.
