Job Description & Summary

Do you want to work at the intersection of tax, accounting and your clients' business? With us you’ll have a varied everyday where you translate complex issues into solutions that clients can use, and contribute to shaping the future of corporate tax compliance.

Become part of Corporate Tax Compliance

We are growing and therefore seeking a Senior Associate or Manager to our team. We work with corporate tax and accounting close to our clients’ business decisions. In the team we have a high level of expertise, share knowledge and help each other across tasks, even when it’s busy.

Work with tax, accounting and advisory

Your workday can begin with reviewing a tax calculation, continue with a client meeting about the accounting treatment of a complex transaction, and end with sparring on the Danish implementation of new international rules.

In short, your tasks will be

  • prepare and review corporate tax returns and tax calculations
  • work with tax accounting and assess your clients’ accounting tax positions
  • advise clients on specific tax issues, reporting, processes, controls and data
  • prepare legal memos and analyses on e.g. deductions, new legislation and practical issues
  • collaborate with colleagues and clients in other countries.

As a Senior Associate you will gradually take responsibility for your own deliverables, progress and sparring with less experienced colleagues. As a Manager you will have a clearer responsibility for clients, quality, planning, review and coaching.

Bring your experience with tax, auditing or accounting into play

You have experience from tax, auditing, accounting, finance or an in-house tax function. Your educational background is less important than your ability to analyse complex issues and translate them into concrete solutions. A background such as cand.merc.aud., cand.merc.jur. or cand.jur. combined with experience in tax compliance is a strong starting point.

We know you cannot know everything in advance. The most important for us is that you

  • are professionally curious and eager to learn new things
  • work in a structured way with several deliverables and deadlines at the same time
  • take responsibility, seek sparring and can adapt when priorities change
  • have a desire for client contact and can explain complex issues in a simple way
  • actively contribute to the team with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

With us you have the opportunity to build a broad profile in tax and accounting across clients and industries. You gain client contact and responsibility aligned with your experience, professional sparring and the possibility to contribute to business development, new solutions and the way the team works.

Grow here. Go further.

As part of PwC you are both part of a market success and a great place to be. It is in the interaction between the two that trust is built, you learn new things and develop. Together with your colleagues you help create innovative solutions for business and the society we are all part of.

Would you like to be part of our strong community?

Submit your application, CV and certificates via the link. Please note that all documents must be uploaded in the same place. We expect your first day to be January 4, 2027.
