About the job

Do you want to support and advise the top management in one of Denmark's largest democratic companies? We are seeking an experienced profile who can contribute both content and process across TryghedsGruppen's broad range of activities: the financial, the charitable, and the member-democratic.

A central and collaborative role close to the decisions

You will work closely with the executive management, the board and the representative assembly, where topics on an ordinary workday can range from systemically transformative philanthropy and processes for member engagement to investment and ownership. It is therefore essential that you can navigate and thrive in these changing areas and – not least – see connections across them.

At the same time, you should naturally be able to turn outward in the organization, where, in close collaboration with good colleagues, you will be ahead of the organization’s processes and ensure sharp decision briefs.

Your key responsibilities will be to

  • prepare agendas, decision briefs, recommendations, presentations and other materials for management, the chairmanship, the board and the representative assembly
  • quality-check contributions from the organization so that complex issues are communicated briefly, clearly and decision-oriented
  • plan and coordinate meeting processes from early planning to meeting execution, minutes and follow-up
  • create secure processes and coherence between strategic discussions, decisions and follow-up
  • support dialogue and collaboration between TryghedsGruppen's leadership and external stakeholders
  • contribute to strategic and cross-cutting tasks where there is a need for strong analysis and advice, and good collaboration across the organization

Our expectations of you

You have a relevant academic education, e.g. in political science, economics or social science.

You have several years of experience with board or executive support. Your experience can be from a larger company, a member organization or central administration and preferably from several different sectors.

We also place weight on the following

  • write clearly and concisely and can distill complex matters to the essential
  • have political and organizational understanding and the ability to see things from multiple angles
  • drive tasks independently, think ahead and involve the right people along the way
  • easily build relationships and collaborate across the organization

Your new workplace

You will be part of the Leadership Support team, where you, together with three other colleagues, solve tasks close to TryghedsGruppen's leadership and across the organization. You will report to Deputy Director Johannes Nilsson.

The position is full-time, and you will be employed under the collective agreement between F&A Employers and the Insurance Association. Salary is agreed according to experience and qualifications.

TryghedsGruppen is a member-democratic company with 1.5 million members and the largest shareholder in the insurance company Tryg. This year we pay out nearly DKK 1.25 billion in member bonuses and support TrygFonden, which this year distributes up to DKK 775 million to charitable projects. Our supreme authority is a representative assembly with 70 members. We are about 70 employees and have offices near Sorgenfri Station.

We prioritize being an attractive and flexible workplace with opportunities for both professional and personal development. We place a high value on social cohesion and focus on well-being and work-life balance. We are a smoke-free workplace with smoke-free working hours.
