Senior Contract and Warranty Manager – Hobro, Denmark

We are looking for a Senior Contract and Warranty Manager to take end-to-end ownership of operations contracts across Eurowind Energy's global wind, solar and BESS portfolio.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contract and Warranty Manager to join our Global Operations team. Based at our Operations office in Hobro, you will be the contract and warranty specialist for our global asset portfolio, supporting colleagues and managers across countries and functions.

Your role

As Senior Contract and Warranty Manager, you will take ownership of key commercial agreements, claims and warranty matters across Eurowind Energy's global asset portfolio. You will work closely with Asset Management, Operations, Finance, Legal and local teams to ensure that our contractual rights are understood, protected and actively used. The role combines hands-on contract management with a strong focus on risk, value creation and standardization across markets.

• Own contract management for operations contracts, including service and O&M agreements, warranty and performance guarantees, grid connection and curtailment compensation, insurance, land lease and supplier agreements
• Lead negotiation, drafting and execution of contracts so they meet both legal and commercial requirements
• Identify, assess and mitigate commercial and legal risk across the contract portfolio
• Manage claims and warranty follow-up, making sure issues are tracked, escalated and resolved in line with contractual terms
• Build global contract templates, playbooks and governance processes that work consistently across countries
• Monitor contract performance and compliance, flagging risks and improvement opportunities
• Be the go-to contact for the country teams and the wider operations organisation on contract questions and disputes

You will work with the country operations teams, Strategic Commercial Management (which owns PPAs, power trading and balancing contracts), Technical Operations, Investor Administration, SCADA Operations, Legal, Finance, and suppliers and service providers. Your role is to strengthen the countries' ability to manage contracts locally, not to add another layer of bureaucracy.

You will join a newly established team and report to Louise Guldager Thomsen, Head of Global Commercial Management. Louise is a collaborative and pragmatic leader who builds strong relationships, creates alignment across functions and empowers people to take ownership. She combines a deep understanding of the organisation with a practical focus on execution and a global perspective.

Required competencies and skills

You have solid experience with contract management, commercial agreements, warranties and/or claims, ideally from the energy, infrastructure, construction or other asset-intensive industries. You are comfortable navigating complex contractual matters and working across technical, commercial and legal topics. You combine strong analytical and negotiation skills with a pragmatic approach and the ability to turn contractual knowledge into action and business value.

• Significant experience in contract management within energy, infrastructure, renewables or another asset-intensive industry
• A proven record of leading complex contract negotiations end-to-end, including service and O&M, warranty, grid/curtailment, insurance and supplier contracts
• Solid understanding of commercial and legal risk management, with experience building or applying compliance frameworks
• Relevant legal, commercial or technical education (for example law, business or engineering), or equivalent hands-on experience
• International experience and comfort working across countries and cultures
• Enjoys building something new and setting up structures from scratch
• Works autonomously across a global organisation and values being part of a team
• Structured and detail-oriented, yet pragmatic about getting things done without unnecessary process
• Communicates clearly and directly, holding suppliers and internal stakeholders accountable while working with respect
