We are looking for an experienced senior project manager for an established construction and carpentry company with more than 20 years of experience.

Here you will have the responsibility for your own construction projects, often of significant size and complexity. You will have freedom to make decisions, set direction and achieve results.

And most importantly: You will receive a real mandate to do your work properly.

🏗️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITY – FROM THE FIRST STAGE TO THE FINAL DELIVERY

You will have the overall responsibility for your projects and become the central person ensuring that the finances, schedule and quality align.

Your tasks include among others

• Management of larger construction projects from planning to handover
• Budgeting, financial management and ongoing follow-up
• Preparation and management of schedules
• Coordination of suppliers, contractors and partners
• Ensuring progress, quality and compliance with agreements
• Close dialogue with clients and other stakeholders
• Handling challenges and decisions during the construction process
• Actively contributing to the company’s continued development

You won’t just get the responsibility on paper. You will also have the freedom to act on it.

We are looking for an experienced profile who knows both the construction process, the finances and the people around the project.

We imagine that you

• Have solid experience with project management within the construction industry
• Have experience with larger and preferably complex construction projects
• Have worked with turnkey contracts or main contracts
• Preferably have experience with both new build and renovation
• Are strong in financial management, budgeting and scheduling
• Can make decisions and stand by them
• Have impact and are good at creating collaboration
• Maintain an overview, even when several things require your attention
• Work in a structured way and take responsibility for your results
• Wish to be involved in developing the company

You don’t need to have a specific title on your current business card.

The crucial thing is that you have the experience, the overview and the ability to drive larger construction projects independently.
