Sensu – Search Consultant (Maternity Cover)

Have you got a desire to work with recruitment and gain insight into a lot of exciting companies? Then we may have the job for you! As a search consultant at Sensu you will become part of an engaged and helpful team, where we pull together, spar with one another and have fun along the way. You will have a varied everyday life with lots of contact with both candidates, clients and colleagues, and you will work with recruitment processes across industries and job levels.

You will have a diverse everyday life with exciting and varying tasks within Search & Selection, where you come close to both candidates, clients and their business. You will become part of our search team, where you report to the Head of Search and work closely with our other consultants. Your tasks will include:

• Identifying and contacting relevant candidates across industries and levels
• Preparation of job and requirement profiles as well as job advertisements for both Danish and international positions
• Ongoing candidate dialogue and ensuring a good candidate experience throughout the process
• Participation in job analyses at our clients
• Handling of advertising processes and collecting references

As you become familiar with the role, your tasks and responsibilities will naturally develop.

There are many paths into the job, and you can therefore come with different backgrounds and experiences. You have a relevant candidate education and are first and foremost curious about external recruitment and have the courage to juggle several and complex recruitment processes at the same time. Maybe you already have experience with recruitment or Search & Selection from a consultancy or an internal HR function, but it is not a requirement. The same goes for experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and HR systems such as HR-manager, Teamtailor or similar.

We also place importance on you having good business understanding and a desire to understand our clients’ business and challenges. You have good IT understanding, are comfortable with Microsoft Office, and can operate in both Danish and English in writing and speaking.

As a person you are curious, structured and good at building relationships. You like to dive into your tasks and care about delivering a good piece of work. At the same time you thrive in a day-to-day life where a lot happens, and where you sometimes have to keep several balls in the air. You take responsibility, follow your tasks through to the end and are not afraid to ask for help or contribute when a colleague needs a hand. You meet other people with a smile, have a positive approach to things and appreciate a workplace where there is room for ambitions, professional sparring and a good laugh.

The position is a maternity leave cover with the workplace at our office in Aalborg. Therefore we prefer that you live within a reasonable driving distance and have access to a car.
