Service Assistant Wanted for Practical Tasks in Citizens' Homes – at Kære Pleje Odense in Odense Municipality

We are seeking an engaged and stable service assistant , who primarily will handle practical tasks and cleaning in the citizens' own homes.

About the job

• Practical tasks and cleaning in the citizens' homes.
• Help to create a clean, nice and safe home environment.
• Work with a focus on the citizen's wishes, needs and resources.
• Contribute to a rehabilitative approach, where the citizen is supported to maintain their own skills.
• The work takes place with citizens throughout Odense Municipality.

The position is initially a substitute/relief position with varying hours, but there is possibility for more fixed hours and possibly permanent employment for the right candidate.

We are looking for you who

• Are engaged, stable and responsible.
• Have a sense for cleaning and practical tasks.
• Meet the citizens with friendliness, respect and presence.
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Are flexible and have a positive approach to everyday life.
• Have good collaboration and communication skills.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Preferably have experience from home care or similar work – but this is not a requirement.

The position is 20-25 hours per week with fixed working hours by arrangement.

Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement with FOA. In addition, pension and other terms of employment are offered according to the collective agreement provisions.
