Service Coordinator for the Greentech department in Glostrup

Are you good at keeping track of appointments and following up on tasks, and do you thrive with customer contact? At Uggerly Installation we are seeking a service coordinator for our Greentech department in Glostrup, where we install charging boxes for private and commercial customers.

About the job

You work closely with service managers, site supervisors and installers on daily operations. You ensure customers know what to expect and that the installers have the information they need.

Your tasks will include

• Booking orders and coordinating installation times with customers and installers
• Ongoing dialogue with installers about daily plans, changes and material needs
• Handling customer inquiries and guidance on products, prices and workflows
• Follow-up on ongoing cases in collaboration with the senior installer
• Maintenance of customer databases and project files and archiving of installation reports, service agreements and other documentation
• Help with material ordering and follow-up on deliveries

We envision that you

• Have experience from an administrative, coordinating or customer service-related role
• Work in a structured way and be able to maintain an overview of multiple tasks at the same time
• Communicate clearly with customers, installers and colleagues
• Have a flair for IT systems and administrative processes
• Are flexible and can adapt your workday when plans and priorities change
• Experience from the installation industry or technical administration is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you take responsibility for your tasks and contribute positively to the team.
