Service Manager sought for Palmgren Commercial Cleaning

Palmgren Commercial Cleaning is growing, and therefore we are seeking an engaged and structured service manager for our activities in Jutland.

As a service manager you will be responsible for the daily operations at a number of our clients and become an important link between clients, employees and administration. The position will develop as we grow, and you will have the opportunity to help build your own team as well as develop and coordinate, among other things, our flying team.

Your primary tasks will be

• Daily contact with employees and customers
• Quality control and follow-up
• Training and instruction of employees
• Planning and coordination during illness, holidays and changes
• Start-up of new customers and employees
• Building and developing your own team
• Coordination of the flying team and other operational tasks
• Ensuring that agreements, cleaning plans and quality requirements are followed

We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented and good with people. You must be able to work independently, maintain an overview in a busy daily life and be eager to take responsibility in a company where a lot happens.

Experience from the cleaning industry or service management is an advantage, but the most important is that you have the right attitude, are proactive and thrive with responsibility.
