About the position

As a service technician you will be responsible for installation, service, maintenance and fault finding on professional machines for the food industry, retail and large kitchens.

A typical workday starts from home in your service vehicle, where the day’s tasks have already been planned by the company’s service coordinators. You then travel to customers and handle both planned service tasks, installations and urgent operational downtime. Most tasks are carried out independently, while larger installations are performed together with a colleague.

Your tasks include, among other things, installation and commissioning of new machines, service, maintenance and repair, fault finding on mechanical and electrical installations, documentation of completed work, and technical advisory for customers. In addition you will participate in the company’s weekend on-call scheme on a fixed rotation.

Working hours are 37 hours per week and normally between 07:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday and until 15:30 on Fridays.

Who are you?

You have a relevant technical education, such as electrician, auto electrician, automotive mechanic, industrial electrician, industrial mechanic, agricultural machine technician or similar. The most important is that you have solid technical understanding of electricity, mechanics and fault finding, as well as a natural interest in machines and technical solutions.

You enjoy an independent daily life, take responsibility for your tasks and are motivated by finding the right technical solutions. Since a large part of the work time takes place at customers’ premises, it is important that you are service-minded, communicate professionally and keep an overview – even when the customer is in the middle of an urgent downtime.

In addition you speak and write fluent Danish and have a category B driving license.
