Zealand - Service Technician for the Green Energy Sector

We are seeking a technically well-founded service and support technician for Zealand, on behalf of a company in Løsning in the eastern part of Jutland. Here you will be part of an energetic team, where the focus is on high professionalism, good humor and the excellent customer experience within modern heating solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation, service and technical support of heat pump systems
• Troubleshooting and quality assurance, so the plants always run optimally
• Professional advice and dialogue with customers out in the field
• Independent planning of tasks in a varied daily routine
• You will operate on Zealand

Professional Qualifications

• You may have an artisan background (e.g., plumbing, technician or similar) - Alternatively you have good manual skills
• Experience with heat pumps or refrigeration technology is an advantage
• You have technical aptitude and are familiar with using IT systems for order management
• You speak and understand Danish and can communicate clearly with customers

Personal Qualifications

• You are solution-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility for your own tasks
• You are outgoing, service-minded and good at creating a sense of security for the customer
• You are flexible regarding workload and weekly planning
• You actively contribute to a positive working environment with your good energy
