Field Service Lift Technician on Zealand - Permanent Position

We are seeking a service technician for Zealand on behalf of a rock-solid Jutland-based company. Here you will get plenty of freedom, exciting technical tasks and a team of colleagues you want to have a sunset beer with. You will of course be well prepared for the role. We provide a well-planned startup program, where you first get the machines under your skin at the workshop. Then you go out into the field with an experienced colleague, until you feel 100% sharp on both equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performing repairs, service inspections and fault finding on lifts directly at customers' addresses
• Solving varying and complex technical challenges
• Independent planning of your workday and digital order logging and case handling (via Business Central on your laptop)
• Customer contact and professional advice on site, so the customer always feels in safe and capable hands

Professional Qualifications

• You are trained as a mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, smith or similar - alternatively you just have enormous technical flair and fix anything you come near
• Experience with lifts is great but not required. If you lack the experience, we will teach you everything from scratch
• You are comfortable using IT in your daily work and are confident using digital systems to keep track of your orders
• You communicate and understand either Danish or English without difficulty

Personal Qualifications

• You never compromise on safety and have no problem working many meters above the ground = If you have a fear of heights, this is probably not the job for you
• You have a flexible attitude to daily life - if the schedule changes suddenly, you just shrug and find a good solution
• You are smiling and presentable, as you are the company's outward face and the one who builds the good relationship with the customer
• You have a pronounced "fixer"-gene and do not leave the task until the machinery is running again
