Are you trained as a social- and health assistant? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for in our day shift team for Team Rosenkildevej, Smedegade Centrum.

Holistic care provides service- and health act services to citizens in Slagelse.

You will as a social- and health assistant with us be part of Holistic Care and our fixed teams. We are well underway with working in interdisciplinary teams. This means that in daily life we have social- and health assistants, social- and health helpers, nurses, occupational therapists and case managers in our team. It also means that we have a solid professional foundation to meet the citizen in relation to the Elderly Act.

We work rehabilitively, and this we have a strong focus on in our daily life. We hold Teams meetings 2 times a week, where all interdisciplinary partners are represented.

We offer a position of up to 37 hours per week, with weekend shifts every other weekend.

Employment is made in accordance with the current agreement with FOA – Social- and health personnel.

The monthly salary range for full-time and excluding pension lies between DKK 27,985.75 and 32,644.59. It should be noted that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications according to the Ny løn principles.
