Social- and health care assistant at Østerbyen Nursing Home

At Plejehjemmet Østerbyen we are seeking a social and health care assistant in a permanent day shift of 37 hours per week with work every 3rd weekend. Other hours can be requested.

Your work tasks include, among others

• Basic care, observation, assessment and follow-up on residents' health status
• Leading triage meetings together with your SSA colleagues
• Active participation in rounds
• Contribute to advising and guiding colleagues, including new staff and students
• Execution and follow-up of delegated health, nursing and therapeutic interventions
• Practical tasks such as assistance with meals, laundry, but not cleaning

Salary and employment terms are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, including the current provisions on local pay formation. In addition, depending on a concrete assessment, qualification and/or position supplements may be agreed depending on the content of the position and your experience and qualifications.
