Social and Health Care Assistant at Riis Friplejehjem, near Give

Would you like to help create a safe and lively HOME for our residents? We are seeking a dedicated social- and health care assistant, who contributes to the homely atmosphere with presence and care. Riis Friplejehjem has 40 care apartments spread over two floors. Here we all contribute – residents, staff, relatives and volunteers – to create a lively and homely environment where community, high professionalism and good togetherness are a natural part of everyday life.

What do we expect from you? As a social- and health care assistant at Riis Friplejehjem we expect you to be able to take care of basic care and nursing tasks, and that you take pride in doing so with dignity and respect. You bring your professionalism and experience, while being curious and mindful of Riis Friplejehjem's values and traditions.

You aim to contribute to a positive and appreciative culture and understand how to communicate properly and respectfully with colleagues, residents and relatives. At the same time you take shared responsibility for the home’s quality and documentation.

Finally we expect that you understand and can work according to Danske Diakonhjem’s values and view of people.

You will work in either day shifts or evening shifts with a weekend shift every 2 weeks (we are working on a solution with a weekend shift every 3 weeks) and flexibility regarding requests for time off. Please indicate in your application whether you are interested in day shifts or evening shifts.
